Do I need a business or reseller certificate to buy from you?

No! Our wholesale prices are available to both businesses and individuals.

How do I place an order online?

Simply browse, add items to your cart, and check out securely online. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I place an order over WhatsApp or phone?

Yes — we’re happy to assist via WhatsApp or phone if you prefer placing your order that way.

Can I pre-order or reserve items?

Yes, contact us to confirm if we can reserve or backorder stock for you. However we can only reserve it for 48hrs.

Do you restock frequently?

Yes — we update our stock every week and restock popular items regularly.

Delivery & Collection

Where are you located? Can I collect my order?

We’re based in Port Elizabeth. Local pickups are available — Please contact us to arrange this.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa using trusted couriers.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat deliery fee of R99 nationwide. However for unsually large or bulk orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.

Can I use my own courier?

Yes — you're welcome to arrange your own collection. Please contact us first to coordinate.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, debit/credit cards.

Do you offer lay-bye or payment plans?

Not at this time, but our prices are always affordable and wholesale-friendly.

Is payment on your site safe?

Yes — we use secure third-party payment processors to keep your info safe.

Can I return a product?

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days. Please check our Returns Policy for more info.

What if an item is out of stock after I order?

We’ll contact you immediately with refund, replacement, or backorder options.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
