We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:

- Standard Delivery: R89 flat rate anywhere in South Africa for purchases up to R749.

- Free Delivery: For purchases of R750 or more.

- Estimated Lead Time: 2–3 working days from dispatch

- Bulk or specialty items may require additional time. If so, we’ll contact you directly.

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

- Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, with tracking info if available.

While we do our best to stick to the promised time frames, delays may occur due to:

- Courier issues

- High order volumes

- Load shedding or unforeseen disruptions
We’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.

- We deliver to physical addresses only — no P.O. Boxes.

- Please double-check your delivery details when placing your order to avoid any delays.
